Through Olegnax.com products are purchased under Regular License. (Regular License allows you to use purchased theme on a single domain/website).

Terms of buying:

When you buy an Olegnax Store item you’re doing so on the following terms:

  1. you promise to us that you have carefully considered the suitability of your chosen license, and that you have chosen appropriately;
  2. you cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item;
  3. we as an authors do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on Olegnax Store so you should download and save the item as soon as you buy it;
  4. once you purchase an item and you pay the item price, you acquire a non- exclusive license to use the item under the terms set out in the license (non-exclusive means others might also license the same item);
  5. we retain ownership of the item;
  6. we have the right to enforce against you the terms of the license that you have acquired from Olegnax.

Warranty

What we promise you about items:

We, as an author of an item you buy, promise you that:

  1. the item is not false, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or defamatory;
  2. the item does not violate any applicable law or regulation (including those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, pornography, anti-discrimination, trade practices or fair trading);
  3. the item does not contain viruses or other computer codes, files or programs which are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.
  4. our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation or when activated without any changes. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Olegnax templates will work with all browser versions.

Refunds

  • 1. Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund on a purchase, you should open a support ticket.
  • 2. We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of Olegnax Store items and the type of item preview that was available before purchase. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
    1. you have changed your mind about an item;
    2. you bought an item by mistake;
    3. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
    4. you ask for goodwill; or
    5. you can no longer access the item because download link has expired or it has been removed from Olegnax Store (we advise you to download items as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).
  • 3. Disputes lodged with payment agents: If, as a buyer, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing access to Olegnax Support account until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been closed. This makes it very complex to resolve any related issues, and means we cannot issue refunds, so we encourage buyers to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.

Theme support

We only provide support related to specifics of our products, and not to applications/software for which they are designed. For more details check our support policy.
Support is not our obligation, and we reserve the right to refuse in support without explanation. Common reasons of the support refusal: rude behavior, major changes to the purchased theme/template, questions that does not related to our theme specifics, using themes for a several websites under a single license.

Items with an incorrect price or incorrect information:

Despite our reasonable efforts, items may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If this happens, we may cancel or reverse a transaction, even after it is completed and a payment has been processed. If we do this, we’ll promptly arrange for any payment to be credited or refunded and you must not use the item.

Links from the Olegnax Store:

The Olegnax website may contain links to other non-Olegnax sites. We have no control or responsibility over anything on those sites, and do not endorse or sponsor those sites, even if they are affiliated to us.

Photoshop Files License

The Photoshop design files for our themes come packaged separately and are not GPL licensed. They are licensed and copyrighted under Olegnax.com. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.

Third-party licenses and credits

Olegnax does not own rights for all of the files used in our products. Check product credits for applicable licenses.

General terms

The provisions of these Terms are separated and the lack of validity of any provision will not affect whatsoever the validity of the other provisions. This Term represents the freely expressed will and it is the only Terms between Olegnax and You, while any previous Terms, whether written or oral, are not obligatory, except the cases they are included therein.

Changes to terms and conditions

Olegnax reserves the right to change the present Terms from time to time and at any time with no prior notice.

Definitions

is all the content that we have put on Olegnax Store and includes the design, compilation, and look and feel of the Olegnax Store, and copyright, trademarks, designs and other intellectual property on the Olegnax Store.
